Before I had Lou, my life was literally a list of things to do with no way of getting to the bottom of it. With a busy job in music management and three young children, my priorities were all wrong and me and my family were always at the end of a lot of ‘more important’ things to do. I thought that it would be very difficult to find a VA who could understand what I needed, when my CIC had already been running for three years. It felt like there was so much to teach somebody, that the effort of trying to explain what I do, and my patterns would be too difficult.
